This notice describes the data handling built into the current static WorkflowWise website package. It does not assert what optional services a future hosting or analytics configuration may collect.

Free Workflow Builder

The Free Workflow Builder runs locally in your browser. Your process description is processed by JavaScript on your device; this website's code does not send that text to WorkflowWise, SmartSuite, or an AI service. It does not create an account or save your input to a database. Copy Workflow uses your browser's clipboard functionality only when you request it. Avoid entering sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential business information.

Website delivery and server logs

When hosted, the web hosting provider may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and user-agent data, to deliver the site and protect its services. The exact log retention and settings depend on the deployed hosting configuration and should be reviewed before launch.

Analytics and cookies

The supplied website package does not install a first-party analytics script, advertising pixel, or site-wide analytics cookie. The site does not itself set a cookie for the Workflow Builder. If analytics or additional services are enabled later, this notice must be updated to reflect their actual behavior and any required consent.

Embedded videos

Articles embed videos from YouTube. Loading a YouTube player may connect your browser to Google/YouTube, which may receive technical information and apply its own privacy and cookie policies. Video players are lazy-loaded where supported. See Google's privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links direct to SmartSuite through an affiliate tracking URL. Clicking them sends you to a third-party website, which may use referral identifiers, cookies, and its own data collection practices. See our affiliate disclosure. WorkflowWise does not receive your payment details through this website.

External resources and contact

External sites have separate privacy practices. If you email us, your email provider and our email provider process the information needed to deliver and respond to your message. For questions or requests, contact admin@timmcgarvey.com.

Changes

This notice describes the current site package. We will revise it if hosting, analytics, forms, or publishing systems change.
